I walk everyday at the park, I do a walk at home in the comfort of my home, and for me, it’s not enough. I am not a big person to begin with, but I want to lose some more extra fat that has been hanging with me and won’t leave me alone. I thought of doing yoga, who knows, I might like it. I started looking for a place where I can get yoga supplies. just curios what kind of stuff do I need to start with. I haven’t tried it yet, but soon I will. Maybe it is something different and I might like it.
